"Slow replies and not much help"
I contacted istudiosg.com with what I thought was a straightforward question, but it took a few days before anyone got back to me. When they finally replied, the answer felt rushed and didn’t really address what I was asking, so I was left more confused than before.
I ended up having to follow up and explain the same thing again, which gets old fast. The website itself was fine enough, but the slow replies and lack of proper help made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Packaging felt rushed"
My order showed up looking like it had been packed in a hurry. The box was crushed, and there wasn’t enough padding inside to make me feel like the item was protected during shipping. Luckily it wasn’t completely ruined, but I definitely expected more care with the packaging

"Returns Were Such a Headache"
The whole Exchange process took forever and was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept waiting for updates and it just felt like nothing was Moving. After dealing with that, I don’t really see myself shopping here Again.

"Payment went through, just had to wait abit"
I paid on istudiosg.com and yeah, the payment did go through in the end, so no issue there.

After I clicked pay, the page was kinda slow and I wasn’t sure if it was still processing or just stuck. I got the confirmation after a short wait, but I still ended up checking my bank app twice just to make sure.

Overall not a bad experiance, just not the smoothest either. Would be nicer if the payment status was clearer while waiting.

The site itself is fine, but a few things I wanted looked like they were available at first, and then I found out they were out of stock. The wording made it seem like I could still get them, which was annoying. I ended up having to check back later

"Still not fixed"
Took longer than they said. Got the phone back and it’s doing the same thing again. Annoying.

"Delivery took way too long"
I ordered from istudiosg.com the delivery took much longer than I expected. The item itself was fine, so no complaints there, but the long wait was frustrating. The updates weren’t very clear either, which made it more annoying. If this happens again, I’d probably just buy from somewhere else, especially if I need something quickly

"Got resolved, but be prepared to chase them"
I had an issue with my order the response time wasn’t great at first. I had to follow up a couple of times before things really started moving, which was frustrating. To be fair, they did eventually fix the problem properly, so it wasn’t a total loss. Just a heads up though, if something goes wrong, you might need to stay on top of them to get it sorted. 3 stars feels about right

"Felt like I had to beg for basic help"
I expected a little more support. When I asked basic questions, the staff didn’t seem totally sure and I kept getting different answers depending on who I talked to. After a while it felt like I was begging them to help me, which left me feeling kind of resentful. I ended up figuring most of it out on my own. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely frustrating...

"I had a tech issue with my account..."
I had a tech issue with my account and reached out to support. From what I remember, they did eventually get back to me and fix the problem, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I also had to explain the issue more than once, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad experience overall, just not one that really stood out either.

"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I had to wait a few days for my refund to come through, which was a bit annoying, but I guess that’s normal with these things. I wasn’t expecting it instantly anyway, so I can’t really complain too much. In the end, I got my money back and there weren’t any major problems

"Seems legit, but I’m kinda unsure"
I bought this from istudiosg.com and the item itself looks authentic overall. The serial number checked out, which was reassuring, but the box had a few small dents and the wrapping looked kinda off to me. Could’ve just been from shipping, I’m not really sure. The product works fine though. I’m giving it 3 stars because I just expected to feel a bit more confident about the purchase

"Delivery was a little hit or miss"
The delivery ended up being late, but it did arrive in the end. So not terrible, just a bit frustrating, if that makes sense.

"I kind of wish the confirmation came faster"
Ordering was smooth overall, and checkout was easy enough. I just wish the confirmation hadn’t taken so long to come through because I was starting to regret not double-checking everything before placing the order.

"Wish I’d compared prices first"
I kind of regret not looking around more before booking. The studio was fine, but once I saw similar places were cheaper, it made the price feel a bit hard to justify.

"Frustrating to Use on My Phone"
I tried using it on my phone, but the pages were loading really slowly for me. It made the whole experience feel clunky and kind of frustrating, especially when I just wanted to get things done quickly. i ended up feeling disappointed.

I had an issue with my item and tried to go through the warranty process, which ended up taking way longer than expected. Replies were slow, and I kept having to follow up just to get things moving. Always fun when you have to do the chasing for something that should be fairly straightforward. Not the best experience.
